Dear Arnold Owl Families,
The wait is almost over! Tomorrow, our halls will finally come alive with our very first Arnold Owls! We are so excited to open our doors and begin this incredible journey together. From the moment your child arrives, we want them to know that they are welcomed, valued, and loved at Arnold Elementary.
First Day Arrival
Our doors will open at 7:25AM on the first day. On the first day of school only, parents and guardians are welcome to walk their child to class. Please note lunch visitors will begin August 24. More information to come.
After the first day, our doors will open at 7:30AM, and students will follow our regular arrival procedures and use their child's assigned transportation plan. We will have staff outside and throughout the building to help our Owls navigate the school.
Safety is our number one priority and we need your help! Car rider and biker/walker routes have been established with the goal of welcoming your child to school and seeing them home at the end of the day as smoothly and safely as possible. You can expect longer lines the first few days as we all learn the new routines and routes. Please see the transportation flyers below to see how to access our car rider line and our biker/walker routes.

Transportation Reminders
Please make sure your child and your child's teacher know the transportation plan for dismissal on the first three days. We anticipate the first few days feeling a little different as we learn, practice, and refine our routines.
Dismissal
Students will be dismissed at 3:10PM. These first few days, we will start our dismissal process a little earlier to allow time for students and staff to adjust to the routines of a new campus. Please be patient with the campus and district transportation as we all navigate the new procedures for car riders/bikers/walkers, as well as bus and daycare. Student safety is a priority.
We have included driving directions as some online maps are not accurate. Please see the link below.

Mrs. Couch and Mrs. Smith attended the Region 6 Mini Art Conference at Conroe High School to learn all things art for our little owls! They learned all about clay , Google Draw , Gelli Prints and so much more! So much to teach to our future artists!
Our Owl Team spent three impactful days at the High-Impact TEAMS in a PLC at Work Institute, gaining practical tools, strategies, and inspiration to strengthen collaborative teams and help all students learn at high levels. Hello Arnold Family! Thank you for your patience while we made corrections to our school supply list. Both QR codes are active and have each grade level's supply list. Please note that there may be slight quantity differences between the EPI and CISD list due to vendor supply quantities.
Arnold Elementary Families - School supplies for 2026-2027 may be purchased as a pre-packaged EPI School Supply list. The deadline to order through EPI is June 28th.
